Our Happy Feet Class enrolment and terms and conditions can be found below on this page. We hope to create a great enviornment for all attending our classes and have a simplified our information to make joining as easy and straight forward as possible.

To enrol simply read through our terms and conditions below and then complete and submit the online enrolment form HERE

We will then pop you a call to disuss your place further unless we have pre spoken. Upon appliaction we will send you a confirmation of your place** & start date and all the information you'll need to join us! Applications and payment must be made by a parent or guardian of the student and received no later than 5 working days before your proposed start date. **If a place is unavailable we will write and confirm your place on the waiting list. We will contact you as soon as a place becomes available.

Please note that these terms and conditions apply only to Happy Feet members and do not apply to members of the mainstream classes that are run at Class One Dance Academy. 

HAPPY FEET

1.PAYMENTS

• Class payments are made monthly 
• Payments must be made before 1st of each month by bank transfer.
• Members cannot attend class without payment being made.
• July/Aug & Nov/December payments are taken together. 

2.MEMBERSHIP

• If you have been absent from the studio or have had no communication with us for four weeks or more, please be aware that you may loose your class place. 
• If for whatever reason you wish to discontinue your membership or participation in a class, we require 1 month’s written notice with payment. 
• Missed classes are not refundable.
• Contact Information must be kept up to date at reception e.g. Medical conditions, Telephone & Address etc.
• We reserve the right to revert to online sessions during any period of enforced closure outside of our control.
• In an instance where face to face tuition cannot be conducted due to enforced closure all exsisting tuition payments/classes will roll over to an online platform. 
• Online session fees may differ to face to face fees and your bill may be amended accordingly. 
• Online sessions cannot be refunded for any individual technical issues or errors. 

3.OFFICE HOURS & CONTACT INFORMATION

• Office contact hours - Tuesday to Friday 9am – 5pm only.
• We are closed Sundays, Mondays and any scheduled holidays. (No contact available).
• Contact is available through the office phone number or email. We also accept contact via our official FB page. Please do not contact any teaching staff directly.
• We always have time to deal with any problems or issues and would welcome your thoughts on any pressing matters. If any issues or concerns arise, they must be discussed directly with the school principal only outside of class time.

4.STUDIO CLASSES

• Participants should arrive 10 minutes before the class begins to ensure a prompt start and children are settled. 
• Food is not permitted in the studio.
• Participants should bring a drink to class if they wish. 
• Video and Photography by parents and students is not permitted during classes or private lessons.
• All mobile phone should be stored away in a bag and not used during the session.
• Children should remain supervised at all times. 
• We ask that parents refrain from letting their child run around the studio and should participate in the class by the side of their parent or guardian. 
• Participants should wear comfortable clothing easyto move in.
• All footwear (including parents) should be flat (no heels)

5.COVID-19

• Please adhere to social distancing guidelines at all times
• All adults are required to wear a mask at the studio and during class time. 
• Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your class. 
• Hand Sanitizer stations will be available at the doors for use
• Temperature checks will be conducted upon arrival.
• Participants should attend class ready as there will be NO changing facility
• Please use the sanatized boxes for storage during your class (Drinks/Phone/Keys etc)
• Please only bring to class minimal items. non-essential items will not be allowed.

6.GENERAL CONDUCT

• We do not tolerate bad language, bad behaviour, alcohol or drug consumption at any of our studios. 
• C1 operates a non-gossip & bullying policy – Gossiping and Bullying by a parent or student towards other students, parents, staff members or another dance school is not tolerated.
• We do not tolerate aggressive or abusive behaviour from parents or students and will result in the immediate termination of your membership.
•  All children participating in Happy Feet should be escorted to and from the studio by a parent/guardian within appropriate timing of the class or lesson. Children should be supervised at all times. We accept no responsibility if this procedure is not followed.
• Class One Dance Academy reserves the right to use any individual, group photographs or videos of your child for promotional purposes; this includes social media platforms. If you do not want your child to appear in such publicity, please indicate at the time of registration in writing via email. All image rights from the photographs or videos are owned by Class One Dance Academy.
• Any members who have questions or concerns regarding the policies or decisions made by Class One Dance Academy need to make a personal appointment with the principle. These policies which are set forth at the academy are based on over 25 years of experience in the dance industry that have helped create the award-winning tuition that is now in place at the studio.
